La Peer Health Systems Research & Clinical Trials

While we are lucky to live in a modern world where medicine is advanced and equipment is readily available, there are still many puzzles in medicine that have yet to be solved. Rather than offering only treatment and health care, La Peer Surgery Center also work in medical research, carrying out clinical trials to help the development of potentially life saving medicines, or at the very least ones that can improve quality of life.

As a potential patient you may be able to help the research team at La Peer Surgery Center by taking part in a clinical trial. This is by no means an obligation, but it is an option that you may wish to consider. If you think you could help with any area of research, or are happy to take part in non-invasive testing during your treatment then please speak to your physician, or a nurse when you visit for a consultation.

Our research center employs some of the most advanced, cutting-edge research equipment in the country so that our research can push boundaries and hopefully break them in the future. We value being able to improve our service to our patients through research, and we apply our findings both to our own center's practices as well as sharing it with health authorities. All of our current medical programs employ a combination of widely known and respected medical knowledge with the research findings that we have accumulated from our own research.
